Shipping Policy
GENERAL INFO
We deliver to the following countries:
· Turkey
· Europe: all countries in the European Union (EU), United Kingdom (UK), Switzerland and Norway
· North America: the United States (USA), Canada and Mexico
· Asia & Oceania: China, South Korea, Japan, Australia, New Zealand
All orders are shipped from our Warehouse in the US.
We ship all orders in the European Union and Turkey via DHL or UPS. International shipments are done via DHL, UPS or FedEx.
COSTS
Shipping costs per region:
· USA: free shipping on all orders above $99.90 (otherwise: $4)
· EU: free Standard shipping on all orders above $99.90* (otherwise: $10*)
· UK: free Standard shipping on all orders above $150 (otherwise: $10)
· International: free Standard shipping on all orders above $199.90* (otherwise: $20-50*)
*or equivalent local currency
The applicable shipping fees will be determined at the checkout based on the item price, discounts or promotion codes before you submit your order.
DELIVERY TIME
Delivery time per region:
We endeavour to ship all orders within two working days. During busier periods it may take up to three of four. Delivery times displayed below are on top of this time.
Orders will only be dispatched once payment has been confirmed.
· USA: 2-3 days (Mon-Fri)
· EU: 4-5 days (Mon-Fri)
· International: 5-14 days (Mon-Fri)
Delivery times are guidelines (for standard shipping) only. Deliveries to remote destinations are not always guaranteed to arrive within the specified time-frame.
We reserve the right to delay the dispatch of any order. Sometimes further security checks are needed to verify a payment - this may delay an order.
We will contact you per email if there is a delay or an item is out of stock (see also our “Terms of Service“).
TAXES & DUTIES
All orders shipped outside the US can be charged including import/export taxes.
Please also note that any duty and taxes incurred in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer.
Unfortunately, we have limited control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary from country to country.
The customer takes full liability for all postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes.
We want to make sure that your expectations are exceeded. However, if you want a refund or exchange for any reason, please follow the instructions below.

Returns Policy
We would like you to know that we gladly accept product returns.
If you’re not happy with your order, you have 14 days to return any items that you don’t like to keep.
Please note: For reasons of hygiene, socks and undergarments are excluded from return or exchange.
We will provide a full refund for any items returned to us. All garments must be unworn, unaltered, unwashed and have their original tags and labels attached.
Products must be delivered in their original packaging and unused, with original tags and accessories. Make sure that the product you are returning is in its original condition together with the product care card, invoice and packaging (Carton box, dust bag, strap, etc.). Otherwise we cannot accept your return and give a full refund.
The responsibility of the process regarding the delivery of the product you want to return to us belongs entirely to the customer. After we receive your returned item, it may take up to 3-5 days for your refund to be processed, depending on your bank. You will receive an email confirmation of this when complete. Refund will be made with the payment method used to make the purchase. After we receive and process your return, it may take up to 14 business days for your refund to appear on your payment card statement. If your refund has not been credited to your account, please contact your bank.

COSTS OF RETURNS
FREE OF CHARGE: For customers from USA
INTERNATIONAL: Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
FAST REFUNDS
Once we have checked your returned items, we will immediately initiate your refund. In case of a direct exchange we will shop your replacement order as soon as your returned items have been shipped.
All refunds use the same method of payment that was chosen for the original payment.
The date on which the refund will be credited to your account or credit card depends on the provider of the payment service.
In some cases it may take up to 5-10 working days to appear on your statement.
EXCHANGES
The fastest and easiest way to exchange items is to return all unwanted items to us (as outlined above) and reorder your new desired items as usual via our online shop. As soon as we have received your return, we will immediately refund the original purchase price.
Customers from the US also have the option to exchange an the unwanted item for a new style or size. This replacement order will be shipped as soon as your returned items were received and checked by the team in our warehouse.
Why is it not possible for international customers to exchange directly into another size or colour?
We want to make things as easy as possible for you. An exchange via refund and new order has the big advantage that everything is done automatically and as fast as possible. You can reorder your new desired size directly while your return is on its way back to us – so you don’t have to wait for the exchange.
